Chimorel Services Inc is an Ohio not for profit, 501(c)(3) corporation. Donations to Chimorel Services are tax deductible. The ideas behind Chimorel Services were started in 1969. It was incorporated and received 501(c)(3) status in 1972.

Amerivestor Associates Inc is an Ohio subchapter S corporation. Established in 1984, Amerivestor was established as an NASD brokerage firm. It has been inactive for a while. We intend to re-establish Amerivestor as a broker-dealer to help fund future Chimorel projects.

Goodenow Construction is a sole proprietorship established when Warren renovated his house from 1700 sqft to 5400 sqft. Goodenow Construction teaches a few people each year to save 20+% as they build the home of their dreams.

Chimorel One LLC is being created in 2007 to help accredited investors earn 10-20% on investments of $50,000 to $250,000+ and to provide a substantial base of funding for Chimorel Services Inc. An accredited investor has an annual income of $200,000+ or a net worth of $1,000,000+ and understands the risks involved in investing. If you are not an accredited investor, you will have to wait until we register this offering to get involved.

Ohio Resource Recycling Inc, incorporated in 1996, is intended become a publicly traded company which can become a significant force in the recycling industry. It will be activated in the future.
