For
$575 paid in advance you receive an Action Planner
membership, an application for a $5000 down payment/planning
grant, construction planning assistance or (when
completed) a Home Builder Planning Package. As a
voting Member/Volunteer your Recommendation Privilege
could be used to cover the application fee.
When the
package is actively marketed approximately one in
twenty-five applicants will receive up to a $5000
grant. In the meantime you may apply the fee to
home planning & management services. After five
hours of group or three hours of individual counseling
the fee has been earned. Please
