       When you join one or more of Chimorel's committees, you can have a major impact on enabling us to help others. You will serve as a volunteer. We will spend some time getting to know each other, then you will enter a brief training program. You will initiate relationships with potential clients, develop sources of funding and practice making decisions to help others.

       Soon you could be making decisions that have a profound effect on people's lives. At first these decisions will consist of simulated situations. Then you will transistion to decisions that will change the lives of real people. Your decisions may be made alone at home in response to emails you receive or at periodic meetings with other members on your committee, depending on how your committee is structured.
