After
all nobody should get anything they are not willing to
make a commitment for. That was it! “Nothing comes
for free.” Or maybe, “Nothing for nothing.”
That’s how the concept of 0-4-0SM
was born. 0-4-0SM has
three elements:
(1) It
takes money or some resource to help you.
(2) You should participate in paying for
the help you receive.
(3) If you’re not ready, we’ll
wait until you are.

So
now we know where some of the funds will come from. For
example, each Resource Developer pays for hid/her training
by earning 50% of compensation. When the Resource Developer
becomes a manager he/she is paid to train others from
this source.
