Who Does the Work?

Think about it for a minute. How many times does it happen? You do most of the work and the owner/manager of your company makes most of the money? Now if someone takes the risks to start a business, invest personal money and develops the business into a profitable venture, that person deserves to make money on your effort. But when greed keeps your earnings low instead of teaching you entrepreneurial skills, both you and the owner receive less. You don't learn to be a proprietor.

How many large businesses lose money while the CEO receives a multimillion salary or gets an astronomical golden parachute? Once again, the worker bees receive less. Maybe the company goes out of business or limps along for years. Truly profitable businesses reward their employees and teach them to be a proprietor or entrepreneurial.

The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well at Chimorel. Each program, each membership, everything we do consists of component parts. The person who does a specific job gets the pay for doing that job.
Generally, our component parts consist of Administration, Marketing, Program, Technical and Supervision. Depending on the tasks involved the percent allocated to each part may vary within a clear range. You are rewarded for what you do. You can negotiate. You should avoid greed which diminishes another's entrepreneurial spirit.
