Chimorel
Services Inc is a member of The Chimorel Group, which
consists of several partners, one non-profit and several
profit. The profit entities are intended to keep profit
activies separate from nonprofit activities which could
jeopardize Chimorel Services tax exempt status. New
profit entities may be added from time to time if they
are willing to support Chimorel Services Inc. The following
are the current members of The Chimorel Group.
Amerivestor
Associates Inc is a subchapter S corporation,
96% owned by Warren Goodenow and is currently relatively
inactive. Goodenow Construction is
a sole proprietorship owned by Warren. Ohio
Resource Recycling Inc is also a subchapter
S corporation 100% owned by Warren and is currently
inactive. There are currently no other for profit partners
in The Chimorel Group. The Chimorel Group is active,
recycling computers and doing property renovation as
a commercial general contractor.
Chimorel
Services Inc is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation.
It is very active and growing. The profit members of
The Chimorel Group are expected to donate 10% of earnings
to Chimorel Services and to provide other services which
reduce administrative overhead for Chinmorel.
