Dave creates and develops. He has successfully operated a ski lodge and restaurant, increasing gross revenues 50% in 1992. He designed and built a time share resort in Vermont, creating a business value of $2.5 million, acting as general contractor and generating a weekly sales record of $450,000. He created a successful private urban school in New York City with 250 children, 27 staff and an annual budget of $700,000/yr. This school was sold to the United Nations. He managed a merger and acquisition program which took over a public corporation and found a new board of directors. As the plant manager for Anchor Hocking Glass in Lancaster, OH he increased production 10% each year over more than ten years.

       Dave's extensive accomplishments in production, finance, marketing and sales management with Fortune 500 companies in four different industries is only the beginning. He is currently an Allstate agent, is designing a recreational and housing complex and is opening doors for Chimorel. His extensive contacts have helped us locate our first real estate venture.
