Section 502 Code of Regulations. The Code of Regulations is the primary governing document of the Corporation and may be amended by the Board, subject to veto by the Executive Director as provided in Section 202 above.

Section 503 Bylaws. All Bylaws of the Corporation are subject to the Code of Regulations and may be amended by the Board, subject to veto by the Executive Director as provided in Section 202 above.

Article 6 Indemnification

Section 601 Indemnification. Any officer, director or employee of the Corporation shall be indemnified and held harmless to the full extent allowed by law.

Section 602 Insurance. The Corporation may but is not required to obtain insurance providing for indemnification of directors, officers and employees.
