Article 7 Core Principles

Section 701 Establishment of Core Principles. This section establishes core principles to guide Chimorel's Board and Committees. During his lifetime it is the responsibility of the Executive Director to ensure that Chimorel operates according to these guidelines. Upon Warren's death or retirement the Board is responsible to operate Chimorel according to these guidelines and is to appoint a new person to assure that these core principles remain in perpetuity.

Section 702 Modification of Core Principles. The spirit of the core principles may not be changed. The words may be changed to meet changing conditions and new opportunities. When appropriate, new core principles may be added.

Section 703 Mission. The key elements in Chimorel's mission are to help motivated individuals and organizations solve problems, achieve goals and to enhance our nation's productivity.

Section 704 Integrity. Chimorel will follow the rule of law, but must go beyond the law to follow the Golden Rule with the highest commitment to integrity. Chimorel will avoid conflict of interest. Adherence to integrity frequently flows from a genuine belief in or a desire to live up to a Source of strength outside of ourselves.
