1 Name, Office and Seal
Section 101 Name: The name of the
corporation shall be Chimorel Services Inc.
Section 102 Office Location: The
principal office of the corporation shall be in
Franklin County, Columbus, Ohio, and may thereafter
be located at such address in Ohio as the Board
of Trustees (“Board”) shall from time
to time determine.
Section 103 Corporate Seal: Should
the Board decide to adopt a corporate seal, it shall
have inscribed thereon the name of the corporation
and the year and the State of its incorporation.
Article
2 Purpose
Section 200 Mission Statement: The
short version of Chimorel’s Mission Statement,
which shall be used for all public relations purposes,
is as follows:
“Chimorel
will help individuals and organizations achieve
goals, solve problems and maximize our nation’s
productivity, one life at a time.”
Section
201 Purpose Clause: On 5/2/97 Chimorel adopted
the following purpose clause: : “Chimorel’s
mission is to help the general public achieve financial
goals, solve personal problems, and maximize our nation’s
resources. This specifically includes helping individuals,
families, small businesses and nonprofit corporations
on a fee paid or other basis with educational, financial
planning, mental health, business incubation and related
activities. This also includes, but is not limited to,
activities and programs in the areas of recycling and
the environment, housing, job readiness and work training
programs, community corrections, mental health services
and programs for the mentally and physically handicapped.”
