Section 202: Four other paragraphs are intended to be included in Chimorel’s purpose clause in the Articles of Incorporation. When appropriate the Articles of Incorporation may be ammended to this affect. They are:

1. Chimorel may attempt to meet genuine personal and financial needs by participating, either alone or with others, in any activity in which a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization may be involved. This specifically excludes lobbying, political and other activities in which a 501(c)(3) organization may not participate.

2. Chimorel will broaden its base of services by developing referral and catalyst relationships with other agencies and professionals which can provide education, mental health, counseling, career planning and other appropriate services to all persons. These relationships and services must be consistent with regulations governing 501(c)(3) charitable organizations and with Chimorel’s 0-4-0
SM philosophy. Chimorel’s 0-4-0SM philosophy is defined in its Code of Regulations.

3. Chimorel will develop committees to make program and fund allocation decisions in four strategic areas: (1) Client Assistance & Financial Planning, (2) Education and Employment Opportunities, (3) Business Incubation & Assistance, and (4) Nonprofit Development.

4. Chimorel will receive a fund or funds of real or personal property or both and, subject to the restrictions and limitations hereinafter set forth, will use the whole or any part of income there from and principal thereof for investments, advances, loans and direct provision of services designed to further charitable, religious, scientific, literary and/or educational purposes. Such use of funds may be made either directly or through organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or others who do not conflict with IRS regulations as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
