Section 306 Fees. Fees will be established for all client services by the Executive Director. Fees may be paid in cash, through a payment plan, in exchange for work and through Chimorel’s 7*3*5 PlanSM. The parameters of the 7*3*5 PlanSM will be established by the Executive Director, subject to review by the Board, in a separate program outside of these Code of Regulations.

Section 306 Types of Membership. The Board through the Executive Director will from time to time establish the types of Chimorel memberships and membership requirements for each type. Membership requirements may be met by volunteer service, cash contributions or fees paid by prospective members. Memberships may be annual or lifetime, depending on the level of contribution made by the member. No voting membership will be granted until the Member or a representative of an organizational Member has signed a revocable proxy.

Section307 Annual Membership Requirements and Voting Rights. Until the Board decides otherwise, the requirements for Annul Memberships shall be as listed below. An annual Member who does not renew his/her/its Membership will no longer have voting privileges, but may continue to receive services as a nonvoting member. A nonvoting annual Member may establish his/her/its voting privileges at any time by completing the contribution requirements and signing a revocable proxy. Volunteer hours may not be used in lieu of cash contributions for voting memberships. Benefits for each membership type will be determined by the Executive Director, subject to review and revision by the Board.
