Section 309 Until the Board decides otherwise, the requirements for Lifetime Memberships shall be as indicated below. A Lifetime Member who does not respond to three annual/special meeting notices by attendance or return of the proxy ballot will become a nonvoting Member. Voting privileges may be renewed by reestablishing contact and signing a new revocable proxy form accepted by the Executive Director or his/her representative.

       1) Lifetime Individual/Family 7*3*5 PlanSM
Membership: Requires a minimum fee/donation of $735, plus 75 volunteer hours, plus a commitment to achieve at least one clearly identified goal and the development of an action plan to achieve that goal. Entitles the Member to discounts from Chimorel’s normal fees and one year participation in Chimorel’s Cooperative (when established). Future participation in Chimorel’s Cooperative requires the payment of an annual fee and/or additional volunteer hours.

       2) Lifetime Organizational 7*3*5 PlanSM Membership: Requires a minimum fee/donation of $2100, plus 210 volunteer hours, plus a commitment to achieve at least one clearly identified goal and the development of an action plan to achieve that goal. Entitles the Member to discounts from Chimorel’s normal fees and two years of participation in Chimorel’s Cooperative (when established). Future participation in Chimorel’s Cooperative requires the payment of an annual fee and/or additional volunteer hours. Benefits will accrue to employees, clients and volunteers of the organization as determined by the Executive Director or Board.
