       3) Lifetime $5000 Single / Multiple Donation: Requires a contribution valued at $5000 or more. Certificates will be awarded for contributions in multiples of $5000. The Executive Director or Board may from time to time determine additional privileges for donations at this level.

Section 310 Restricted Contributions. Contributions that are restricted or otherwise qualified may not be applied to any Membership below the $5000 level. At the $5000 level and above, the Board may agree with the donor as to the specific purpose for which the donation may be applied. Below the $5000 level the voting members raising the funds have a recommendation privilege for 50% of the funds raised. Fees paid may be applied to Memberships and Programs, but donations may not otherwise be restricted or qualified.

Section 311 Fee Cumulation. All fees and donations may be cumulative according to specific timelines which the Executive Director or Board may from time to time determine. This enables individuals and organizations to seek higher membership and program levels by additional contributions and volunteer service if such contributions and service are made within the timelines established. Such timelines, etc. do not require modifications to this Code of Regulations to be implemented.

Section 312 Revision of Requirements. The Board may from time to time increase or revise the contribution requirements, volunteer hours, program fees, benefits and other specifics for all memberships and programs without modifying this Code of Regulations.
