Section
502 Distribution Committees. The Board will
establish Distribution Committees in four program
areas: (1) Client Assistance, (2) Education and Employment,
(3) Business Incubation, and (4) Nonprofit Development.
Distribution Committees may be administered directly
by the Board through the Executive Director or by
Executive Boards. Each Distribution Committee will
make program, financial and related decisions regarding
its program area for those clients that apply to it.
Section 503 Advisory and Finance Boards.
The Board may establish separate Advisory and Finance
Boards to provide advice to the corporation, assist
in program development, monitor compliance and to
raise funds for the corporation. The Advisory and
Finance Boards will be subject to the control of the
Board of Trustees.
Section 504 Board Bylaws. Separate Bylaws
(hereafter “Board Bylaws”) for the Board
of Directors, Executive Boards, Advisory and Finance
Boards and Distribution Committees have been or may
be established. Should there be a conflict between
the Corporate Code of Regulations and the Board Bylaws,
the Corporate Code of Regulations shall prevail.
