Section 605 O-4-0^SM. Nothing comes for free. It is essential that Chimorel always help individuals and organizations who actively participate in and pay for achieving their goals and solving their problems to the degree possible. Chimorel must always "teach people to fish, not give them a fish." Payment can be cash, work or otherwise; but should cover the costs involved and go beyond to help others whenever possible.

Section 606 Goal Setting / Action Steps. Chimorel's focus is to help people set, clarify and reality test goals, then develop action steps to achieve those goals. When there are problems, we will set goals and develop action steps to solve the problems.

Section 607 Help Everyone Who Wants Help. Some people may need/want help more than others. We focus on helping those who want help and wait until others are ready. The desire for help and the willingness to be an active participant should be the only criteria limiting our involvement. There is to be no other reason why we do not help an individual or organization asking for assistance within the limits of our available resources, but where there are issues of conflict or illegality Chimorel will set standards to avoid conflict of interest or involvement in illegal or inappropriate activities.

Section 608 Resource Development. It takes time, money, energy, planning and other resources to achieve goals and solve problems. Chimorel helps to develop those resources for every person/organization who/which becomes a client. When resources are limited, we will search for creative, legitimate ways to expand our resources.
