Inviting Prospective
Directors is both a priviledge and a responsibility.
You are experiencing Chimorel's step by step
system, designed to test
reality and to lead to higher involvement
as you are ready. So far the steps
have been relatively easy - accept our Core
Principles, register, confirm, write a bio.
Each step leads to a slightly higher commitment
and a way to understand more about what you
and others can do to help people.
Inviting
Prospective Directors is definitely a step
up. Will you replace yourself on the board
or committee you choose to join? Sure! Let's
say you have a family emergency, a business
crisis or some other reason which requires
you to step aside. At that moment, replacing
yourself at Chimorel may not be your highest
priority. Let's make this first
committment easy - replace yourself now. Then
continue to help us find other good people.
There are always seven potential spots as
a Voting Director. There is no limit to potential
prospective directors, advisors, finance directors
or committee members. There are many opportunities,
goals to achieve and problems to solve. The
more strong leaders you invite, the more we
can do.
The
next few screens will help you understand
our needs and make the process of inviting
Prospective Directors relatively easy. They
will also give you some insight about ways
to get involved.
