The IRS expects nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations with annual gross receipts in excess of $25,000 to file a Form 990 or Form 990EZ. Although not required to do so, Chimorel files Form 990EZ. A copy of this form is shown on the next two screens.

       The State of Ohio and the City of Columbus also accept a copy of this form as part of their filing requirements.
