Tentative Goal
I would like to become a Chimorel Resource Developer,
earning
$200+/mo
working in my spare time at home.

Becoming a Resource Developer for The Chimorel Group
will involve making
certain commitments.

  • You will volunteer your time while you are training, until you have made commitments and achieved certain goals. You can continue as a volunteer as long as you want.

  • As a volunteer you can earn a Recommendation Priviledge, which enables you to specify 50% of funds raised to a Distribution Committee.

  • Once you have made your commitments and agreed to them with your manager, you earn 50% compensation while you complete your training.

  • When you complete the training for specific program tracks, pass certain tests, and have made adequate progress regarding your commitments, ask for an Independent Contractor Agreement and become a fully paid Resource Developer. Once you have proven yourself you might become an Employee.

  • Your first commitment is to agree to spend at least ten hours learning more about Chimorel. By making this commitment you are eligible to begin your initial Resource Developer Training.

Briefly a Chimorel Resource Developer is someone who raises funds, sets appointments, coordinates volunteers, organizes recycling programs, finds computers, and does many other things to help us develop the resources to help others.
