Resource Developer Commitments
Becoming a Resource Developer for The Chimorel Group will involve making certain commitments. You start as a volunteer.

You will make commitments regarding Time, Helping Others, Required Training, Goals, and Program Tracks. You may decide to become a member or enter a program. You probably will want to set a goal regarding your desired earnings, and probably should get an understanding about the cost of your training.

Regarding Time, it will take you from 20 to 100+ hours to complete your training. You could do this in one week or spread it out over six months or more. You will need to commit to and document at least 5 hours/wk to remain a paid trainee or fully paid Resource Developer.

A significant part of what Chimorel is all about is Helping Others. You might decide to  help others go to college ...  or build the house of their dreams  ... or find a better job  ... or conserve our nation's resources ... so what would you like to do?

You'll catch on pretty quickly that setting Goals and developing Action Plans is how we get things done. Does it make sense that you need to Train before you start a new career? As part of your training, you will help others by completing at least one project before you become a fully paid Resource Developer.
