Program Tracks & Tests

Becoming a Resource Developer for The Chimorel Group will involve making certain commitments. You start as a volunteer. You earn 50% while you complete your training in specific program tracks. When you are ready for full compensation you can become an Independent Contractor or be hired as a Chimorel Employee.

There are currently seven program tracks at Chimorel. Each track has a number of subcategories. Each track with its subcategories represents earning opportunities for you as a Resource Developer. The seven program tracks are:

  • Setting Goals, Developing Action Steps, Follow Up.
  • Finding/Marketing Computers & Asset Management.
  • Developing Career Opportunities.
  • Marketing/doing Business Consulting.
  • Developing Nonprofit Fund Raising.
  • Creating Recycling Programs.
  • Joining our Cooperative Effort Program.

Once you decide you want to become a Resource Developer, we will direct you to learn about the subcategories within each program track. Your initial focus should be on Setting Goals and Following Up Action Steps. Your training program will prepare you for a career (part-time or full-time) just like college does. And, yes, there will be tests to validate your learning.

  • When you complete the training for specific program tracks, pass certain tests, complete at least one project and have made adequate progress regarding your commitments, ask for an Independent Contractor Agreement to become a fully paid Resource Developer.
