Independent Contractor Agreement

Becoming a Resource Developer for The Chimorel Group will involve making certain commitments. You start as a volunteer. You earn 50% while you complete your training in specific program tracks. A Resource Developer can be an Independent Contractor or an Employee. If you are ready to volunteer at least ten hours, you can enter into our Training Program.

The IRS has established Guidelines that determine who is an Independent Contractor.
Once you start training at 50% you will be directed to other training modules, where you can learn about these guidelines. Your Independent Contractor Agreement specifies your working conditions in accordance with these guidelines.
By meeting the preconditions discussed under commitments and by entering into this agreement you are eligible for full compensation as a Resource Developer based on the training you have completed.

  • An Independent Contractor will potentially earn more running his/her own business and may be more interested in the marketing side of being a Resource Developer. An employee will earn less, but have greater security. An employee may be more interested in the administrative side or in providing counseling.

  • Your first commitment is to agree to spend at least ten hours learning more about Chimorel. By making this commitment you are eligible to begin your initial Resource Developer Training.
