Employee

Becoming a Resource Developer for The Chimorel Group will involve making certain commitments. You start as a volunteer. You earn 50% while you complete your training in specific program tracks. A Resource Developer can be an Independent Contractor or an employee. If you are ready to volunteer at least ten hours, you can enter into our Training Program.

Once you have begun to prove yourself as a trainee or as a volunteer, it will become obvious when you are providing services that we need and that have value to Chimorel. As funds are available, you can be offered a position based on your demonstrated value.
It is important to note that a position will be offered only when funds are available, after you have demonstrated your value, after you have completed your training and at least one project and after we are convinced you will keep your committments.
  • An Independent Contractor will potentially earn more running his/her own business and may be more interested in the marketing side of being a Resource Developer. An employee will earn less, but have greater security. An employee may be more interested in the administrative side or in providing counseling.
