Resource Developer Training Modules

Becoming a Resource Developer for The Chimorel Group will involve making certain commitments. You start as a volunteer. You earn 50% while you complete your training in specific program tracks. A Resource Developer can be an Independent Contractor or an employee. Are you ready to decide to Volunteer at least Ten Hours

During your training you will complete a number of Training Modules. When you click "I'll Volunteer 10 Hours" you can apply to become a Chimorel Resource Developer and enter the first training module.

Then you will immediately be able to begin training. You will have several options: begin training, quick resume, application. Making these choices is part of your training. As you continue your training you will continue to make choices, learn to be organized and you will:

  • Be able to complete a variety of Training Modules.
  • Have an opportunity to set goals for yourself and to help others.
  • Create and take tests that will be used to determine your knowledge.
  • Begin to help a lot of people achieve their goals.

There are many, many opportunities which will open once you get serious about your training. You will be expected to pursue these opportunities without a lot of follow up by your manager.

  • Your first commitment is to agree to spend at least ten hours learning more about Chimorel. By making this commitment you are eligible to begin your initial Resource Developer Training.
