you will want to determine your earning potential
and plan the steps necessary to earn what
you need. Now we provide a brief glimpse of
your potential. Please don't be fooled by
the ease with which you could calculate your
earning potential. Actually earning what you
need will take real effort. Please note that
many potential earning areas have a range.
The calculations below are based on the low
end of this range.
The
static table on the next screen is not interactive.
Ask your Manager for an Excell spreadsheet
which enables you to calculate your earnings
based on your interaqctive input. All the
categories on the next screen show some activity.
When you first start, it is not realistic
that you would complete activity in every
category every month.
As
a Trainee you might earn $100-1500+/mo. As
a Resource Developer you might earn $200-3000+/mo.
As a manager with 10 trainees and 10 resource
developers, you might earn $300-6000+/mo.
But if you don't follow your Action Plan,
you might
earn nothing.
