I want to enter Chimorel’s Resource Developer training program (training) to help others (service). I will spend a minimum of five hours each week (time) learning about Chimorel and helping others.

You will set at least one personal goal and one Chimorel Goal.
You will determine your primary focus and may indicate other areas of interest.

To make your commitments real:
You should determine a specific time (days and times) each week to train and do tasks.
You should determine specific tasks and communicate with your manager each week.
