Free could very well be the most expensive way. There
are two reasons for this. First, you are on your own
and may need suggestions, guidance, support, encouragement,
and more. Second, when you don't pay for something
you may not see a value in what is available.
The end result may be
that you don't actually set goals, test the reality
of your goals, develop an action plan and implement
your plan. So if you're goal was to increase your
net income this year by $10,000 and you don't do it,
the cost was $10,000.
