We intend to provide
transitional housing for motivated individuals. We will help
ex-offenders, homeless individuals with some source of income
and others. We provide work experience, job search and housing.
If somone has no job, they can earn a place to stay by working
75 hours each month through our Work for Rent program. They
will be expected to earn at least your first month's rent before
moving in. They will participate in a tenant's council, making
decisions about sanitation, security, building the community,
helping other participants find jobs and taking steps to change
lives. They will sign a comprehensive Work for Rent lease and
can be locked out if they don't actually earn their keep.
We are currently looking
for accredited investors and cosigners to enable us to acquire
property to re-establish this program. In the future we anticipate
registering certain security offerings and providing investment
opportunities to the general public. At this point we will only
talk to accredited investors about investing in our unregistered
investment opportunity.
